Country Style Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/3 cup french onion chip dip
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tbsp sugar not necessary but worth it
  • 2 fresh eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, saving ½ cup of the sharp cheddar cheese for the topping.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.

  4. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
